Have a go at making Berlingot from Capentras (a tiny hardboiled fruit sweet in the shape of a cube), visit the chocolate factory at Chateauneuf du Pape, and the Silvain brothers’ nougat factory and indulge yourself in the delicacies, taste – with moderation- the region’s AOC wines of the Côtes du Rhône and the Côtes du Ventoux and enjoy the markets and their vibrantly-coloured stalls.
